Are there really no monthly fees?
Yes. You pay once for the build. Small business sites can be hosted free (or nearly free) on modern platforms, and your domain costs about $20/year, paid directly to the registrar in your name. If you'd rather we handle hosting and updates for you, there are optional care plans from $49/month — but you never need one.
Do I actually own the website?
Completely. The domain, hosting account and code are all in your name. If you ever want to work with someone else, you can take everything with you.
How fast can you launch?
Starter sites go live in 5–7 days, Standard in 10–14 days, and Premium in 2–3 weeks — depending on how quickly we get your photos and feedback.
I don't have good photos. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We can work with phone photos, help you pick the best ones, and use tasteful stock imagery where it makes sense. We'll also give you a simple shot list for your next few jobs.
Can you help me show up on Google?
Every package includes a proper SEO foundation — titles, descriptions, sitemap, fast loading and Google Search Console setup. Business and Premium add service-area targeting and schema markup.
Do your prices include HST?
Prices are in Canadian dollars. HST (13% in Ontario) is added where applicable, and it's always shown clearly on your quote before you commit.
What if I need changes after launch?
Premium includes 30–60 days of post-launch support. Otherwise, one-off changes are billed at a simple flat rate — or join a care plan from $49/month and minor edits are included.
